5 interviews: 2 by phone, 2 in person, 1 by phone at the end to confirm employment. and then a lot of compliance department phone calls if your last 5 years does not check out such as employments, schooling, and travels, criminal record checks , background checks, and credit bureau checks.

the interviews are based on 2 things (depending on the style of your boss): solely sales driven interview or customer service driven. Male bosses are usually sales driven and the female bosses are usually customer service driven (but that's just a generalization based on my experience).
