The interview process consisted of 2 interviews - one with the hiring manager and then the Vice-President. After that, there was a lengthy process of approvals from the leadership team based on the CV submitted. Total time was between 6-8 weeks.

Why would you want to join RBC versus any of the other big Bank's out there?
The first visual interview is through WebEx, and has two rounds, the first round is general background and the next round mixed with technical questions. I have not get the second round so I don't know much about that.
