I applied online and was emailed a link to complete a behavioural questionnaire. It took about 20-30 minutes to complete.
A week later I received an email to schedule an interview over the phone. The gentleman was really nice and was easy to talk to. He asked some straight forward questions like "What are your salary expectations?" and then some more behavioural questions (what would you do in a certain situation?).
I received a phone call at the end of the week for an in person interview at the bank. No hard questions or nail biting. They were just seeing what my availability was and asked me about my schooling.
