I was interviewed and passed the first round. I was invited to a seminar where I got to learn more about what professionals at the bank do and then invited to the second round of interviews. There were 3 interviewers all back to back, it lasted about 2 hours in total.

Why are applying to RBC and what makes this bank different from the rest?
Initial telephone interview then invited to assessment centre. The assesment centre included two interviews with VPs. Neither interview was very technical. There was no group exercise. All interviewers were very friendly.
