Applied on the RBC website. Was contacted by the recruiter the week of and had two rounds of virtual interviews. RBC was very prompt and communicative during the entire process.

Why are you leaving your current employer?
Do you have experience with managing stakeholders/providing status reports to upper management?
Communication after the final interview could be improved. Despite following up, I did not receive any updates regarding the status of my application for several weeks. Providing candidates with timely updates, even when decisions are still pending, would create a better candidate experience.
The first visual interview is through WebEx, and has two rounds, the first round is general background and the next round mixed with technical questions. I have not get the second round so I don't know much about that.
