After the online numerical tests, I was asked to come in for my first interview with HR and then also had some other interviews with various employees across the banking sector and a group exercise too. Note that after the rotation programme (which lasted about 3-4months), you had to apply to 3 desks you wanted to work on and then also "interviewed" with them after which they selected you. Everyone got a job though that was also selected for the graduate programme.
