I applied online on corporate website and received a call from the branch manager a couple of months later. My interview was mid-end of July 2013, and then she let me know the day after that I'd gotten the job. Then she informed me that I started mid-August 2013.

Some role playing questions. Would I be comfortable approaching someone at the ATM and engaging in conversation to secure a sale or booked appt? Then we role-played a situation where a lady at the ATM was with her kid.
Good and easy to get along with the interview . Good and easy to get along with the interviewer as they were super nice and chill they did not pressure for more than necessary
Interview process was pretty okay, there was a general interview with general questions and a little bit about financial accounts and you went through a call scenario and had bit in a group setting
The interview process was simple, straightforward and comfortable. I spoke with a manager in an office space.There were no trick questions. Was asked about previous work experience, hobbies and goals. It was roughly thirty minutes.
