The interview was very standard. They asked the regular introduce yourself and why you want to work here questions. The interviewer was also friendly. The whole interview took about 45 minutes.

A few days after my application on official website, I received an email asking me to do an online test. That test had two sessions, one is to test on your multi-task ability and the other is to dig out your working pattern. After a few weeks, another email came to me requiring me to select time slot for an interview. The interview will last for Forty Five minutes which is quite long. I am now preparing for that interview which will take place in three days. Good luck to me and good luck to all the appliers!

simple process - applied online, interview with recruiter, interview with branch manager then offer letter. About a bit over a month for the whole process. The longest wait came from the period between getting a call from the branch manager. Interview with recruiter was easy going and typical questions. Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for rbc, tell me about a time you handled a difficult situation etc. interview with branch manager was also an easy going conversation with some lap over.
