They don't have 90 days waiting period to reappear for the interview, which I felt was strange. Industry norms are 90 days and they need to change this culture I feel.

I applied for the post and got the pre screening from the technical recruiter. Everything went well and she told me the hiring manager will contact you anytime soon. Its been month I haven't heard anything yet but my workday profile still shows interview.
