Face to face, questions based mostly off of resume. They asked me of what kind of activities i was involved with in school, what I plan to do in the future and why I wanted to work at RBC. RBC only hires people who can work Monday to Friday though so beware. They also prefer students that wish to pursue business careers or already have a business-oriented background.

I applied online and after a few weeks I received an email asking me to do an online test took a test online then a phone interview, the online test was kind of long with some repetitive questions but in general was fairly easy and not complicated.
