The phone interview took between 10 and 15 minutes, included a few behavioral and a few technical questions, but nothing too specific.
It was laid-back and the interviewer was respectful. The main problem in my case was that I could not start as early as I was supposed to.
Greater focus on behavioural questions over technical knowledge. You skip the online assessments if you completed the Spring programme. There is a half-hour telephone interview. Still waiting for a response on whether I've progressed to the AC.
