First - Going through general Career History and your fit.
Second - Detailed Technical interview with all general questions about QA and based on your history with using various tools and your understanding of the QA processes
Third - Interview with Higher Management on the general outline of the goals of the position, some situational questions and how you would handle them, your goals and ambitions for the role and for the future.
