-The interview process was explained well on initial call with HR. -The interview was scheduled quickly. -Initial interview was with the HR Representative over the phone. -Basic questions about resume/experience were asked. -Chosen to move onto next phase. -Next interview was with the hiring manager in person. -The behavioural, situational, and experience/education/skills questions asked in the interview were fair. -Formal interview even as an internal contract candidate applying for a permanent job in the same department. -Quick turn around for decision -Got the job!
