Worst interview experience. They took 4 months of my time just to reject me in the end without providing any feedback. Very disappointed. I was really hopeful that I would get the job after spending this long in the hiring process. 1. HR screening 2. Coding round 3. Technical interview 4. Final interview Advice to the management - If your process is taking 4 months to hire one candidate, something is wrong with it. Please stop wasting other people’s time.
