It was pretty straight forward I think they prefer you to be mostly technical and to the point and show financial acumen. Show that you are a team leader as well as a team player!
Scheduled phone call. Ridiculously technical for no reason, the interviewer was quite nice, though, but was very harsh. After call was done he asked if I had questions and then left a few minures early to take notes.
Waited for a very long time for the Telephone Interview Invitation. After you complete the Online Assessment, they said you will hear back after 15 days, but I waited for months. The interviewer was an analyst from the Global Markets division.
