3 phone interviews with the hiring manager, HR screening, and an office manager. No in-person interviews. Had to pay for my own fingerprinting and background check, which then was misfiled and I had to do it all over again.

All the basics. No scenarios or logic questions like others reported. They asked my background and tested me on basic IT terms and acronyms. No questions about trading or financials.
