Awful. Multiple interviews, unclear job description/role, no follow-up or response. I don't think they are hiring because I kept seeing the job being reposted under multiple different titles and income levels for months after. Don't waste your time,

Very random and most did not have anything to do with the job
The first visual interview is through WebEx, and has two rounds, the first round is general background and the next round mixed with technical questions. I have not get the second round so I don't know much about that.
