First assessment, then interview with two people.
One is manager? The other one is a fresh grad and she kept talking over me. One question was about OOP. Asked to code up something in the chat and was not given enough time.

It was a few rounds, pretty dry. think they used fake names because i was unable to find any of them on linkedin after, or even find their emails to send a thank you note

20 minute call with a senior person and a more junior person. found it okay but there were some hard technicals at the end. I would say that you should know everything before even a screen interview.

Why RBC Capital Markets and why this business area.
Great process, great company, really enjoyed the entire thing and would interview again if given the chance or need. I really like RBC as a company and I think others would as well.
