I totally had two rounds of interviews with multiple product groups' researchers. They asked some behavioural questions by turns, such as the most difficult time in your research process, your motivation to be a researcher, .etc.

Overall, the interview process was really enjoyable! I was asked standard behavioural questions (e.g., "Tell me about yourself.") and questions that probed more at who I was (e.g., "Who are you outside of work?"). It flowed more like a conversation!
