The HR process was highly professional and transparent. However, I was disappointed by the director of hiring manager's behavior from the compliance team during the interview. She was overly aggressive and seemed more focused on creating a stressful environment than fostering a productive conversation where we could learn about each other. I did not receive an offer, but even if I had, I would have declined, as I prefer not to work in a toxic environment. Fortunately, I received an offer the very next day from a reputable organization with a manager who demonstrates a positive and respectful attitude.
