Mostly fit questions, less technical than other banks in my experience, culture and fit with the team focused compared to quantitative knowledge. Great experience overall, most have 1-2 rounds of interviews

It was a few rounds, pretty dry. think they used fake names because i was unable to find any of them on linkedin after, or even find their emails to send a thank you note

20 minute call with a senior person and a more junior person. found it okay but there were some hard technicals at the end. I would say that you should know everything before even a screen interview.

Why RBC Capital Markets and why this business area.
Great process, great company, really enjoyed the entire thing and would interview again if given the chance or need. I really like RBC as a company and I think others would as well.
