I recently completed a rigorous interview process, spanning five rounds over nearly 2 months. While I appreciated the opportunity to showcase my skills and enthusiasm for the role, the lack of communication post-final interview was deeply disappointing. Despite assurances of timely feedback and next steps, I was ultimately ghosted, leaving me uncertain about my application status. Throughout the process, I invested considerable time and effort in preparing for each interview stage, hoping to contribute positively. However, the complete silence following the final interview left me feeling undervalued as a candidate and unsure about the company’s professionalism in handling applicants. Clear and transparent communication is essential in any hiring process to maintain a positive candidate experience. Unfortunately, the lack of closure in this instance has significantly impacted my perception of Rbox’s commitment to candidates. I hope this feedback can encourage improvements in their candidate engagement practices moving forward.

I had a great experience with this company. They constantly give updates regarding the status of my application. Although I wasn’t hired for the position that I’m applying for, I considered that the series of interview with the international talent pool has impacted my viewpoint on how to address interview questions.
