I interviewed through a staffing agency who referred me to RCP Advisors. I went to RCP's office for two rounds of interviews (4 people each time); after both rounds, they were extremely communicative with the staffing agency who provided their feedback to me. Everyone I met with was very welcoming again and they asked a lot of behavioral questions. I was a runner-up but they ended up going with someone else.
