First round was conducted by a training institute on behalf of rcs technologies.First round was of aptitude test from sql, java, and quantative aptitude.After cracking the first round, 2nd round was conducted at company's location.
They were asking questions from core java,servlets, jsps and mysql.

Two Interviews rounds one is HR and other one is technical.Both are very simple. 90% they will take you.So be prepare with simple logic and basic questions and answer with confidence.SQL is must so also just read about SQL .They are working on JSP and SQL Server.
