Fixing others mistakes in cases of wrongly processed data which affected thousands of billing accounts.
It was no interview process, we were take from an existing company , to whom they had a contract. They do have interviews, but it mostly based on someones recomadation, not on skills and experience.If they think you are too smart they won't take you, beacuse they don't like people to get out of patterns.
