3 rounds of interview spread across 4 months including your direct reporting, HOD and HR. The process should combine to enhance whole recruiting process for interviewer and interviewee. Question could be challenging if you're new to Solar.
General interview questions on why do you want to join the company and what are some things you look forward to working on. Interviewer was easy going and was open-minded to hear
Interview with the level 1 reporting first, once approved, proceed with level 2 reporting interview. Only issue is traveling to and fro from REC solar. If possible, have two interview in same day or have the first interview via online.
