The interview was structured as so:
1. Initial Call: talk about the Regroup app (mobile & web)
2. Live technical challenge:
a.) Design a series of javascript functions
b.) Find problems within a react component and fix it
3. Speak with the team: more in-depth behavioral interview, experiences, and follow up questions
