I interviewed virtually during the pandemic. The process was very positive, efficient, and personable. I was able to meet with a variety of people within the department who all conveyed a high level of passion for their role, alignment with the company mission, and an overall sense of professionalism. They asked good questions, were interested to get to know me beyond the resume, and were clearly looking for a good mix of competency and fit.
