The process was very smooth. I got 1 homework and after that 2 interviews . One interview is technical and another is a team fit interview. All the interviews I had vie Skype as I was not in Helsinki that time. The whole hiring process (from sending the resume to singing the contract) took about 1-1,5 month, which is not bad and quite fast comparing to other companies.
