      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso RELEX Solutions

      4 Interviews in total caused by internal miscommunication within the company. I was approached first by a recruiter who arranged me the first interview with HR where we agreed to present my profile to the corresponding area, but in the second interview another person from another area interviewed me. Then they scheduled a 3rd one with the correct area and then moved me forward to a final one with the director of the area. In the final interview they came around 10 mins. late, which of course changed my mood for the rest of the interview. Within the final interview, I also noticed there was a mismatch between what management at HQ wants and what management in Germany wants. Another negative point is that they were looking for someone who escalates any type of misunderstanding or conflict with a customer, which doesn't match with my ambitions of being more autonomous on decision making.

      Dear applicant, we are sorry to read that you had a negative experience in the interview, this is certainly not our goal. As we’re always aiming for a transparent communication, we communicate all further steps in the first interview which is led by Talent Acquisition (HR). This process can of course change a little bit on the way due to some circumstances and we’re always trying to communicate this with our candidates the best we can. We’re of course sorry to hear that our process wasn’t transparent enough for you and we couldn’t meet your expectations of an ambitious and autonomous workplace. Regarding your answer in the interview, we would like to comment that we always support our employees to make independent decisions and work autonomously, especially when it comes to solving customer escalations.
