Phone call interview and then an applicant day. The applicant day was split into four parts, WTP test, finance report test, group exercise and 1-1 interview. It then took around four days to hear back from the assessor, who gives you a detailed review on your positives and negatives from the day.

Firstly it included an application stage. After the application I received an invitation to do a phone interview. It lasted for around half an hour, it was more about my own experience, education, finance. Also they asked a bit about the company. Then I was invited for an assessment day, which included tests, interview, group task and presentation task.
