This was the second job I had applied to at RESULTS or a partner organisation. The first one was disorganised because I was told that I would receive the written test at 6pm on the day of my interview. However, it was not sent to me and I had to email to ask for it. This meant I had to do it the next day. However, the interview I had for the above job title was even worse. I was given 22 hours notice for my interview and one of the interviewers couldn't get their mic to work. I was told at the end of the interview I would be given an outcome the next day. It has now been three weeks since my interview and I am yet to hear anything. I have emailed the recruiter but have not received a response. I am presuming I didn't get the job but I am frustrated that I haven't received feedback. The whole process did not make the company appeal to me at all.
