There are two sets of interviews. The first one is the initial screening. If you pass the initial screening, you will be endorsed to a final interview. If you pass the final interview, you will then be endorsed to a training schedule.

Its amazing. Had a smooth process in my initial interview. The interviewer was nice and never intimidating. They also have fast hiring process. What's great is they also accepts applicants if with no VA experience.
Interview process was nice and easy! I did not have a hard time following the next steps and the staff is easy to talk to. They will email you the process and if you are accepted or not.
