First round was a phone interview with a recruiter. We mostly discussed my internships and projects I worked on in school. Second round was a Teams meeting with a few Software Engineers. They asked more technical questions, like what tools and languages I knew. Last round was a Teams meeting with some people from John Deere. Before this interview, I was asked to bring a project to present. I demonstrated the program, and then discussed the code that powers it.

Interviews were friendly, questions were useful and to the point. I felt respected and like my agent had my back the whole time. Overall a positive experience and was a good first impression.
