The first initial interview was in a zoom group setting. The questions were structured to allow the company to get to know you, such as; tell me about a time...I was contacted about 3 days later for an in gallery interview. The manager did not keep up with his communication via e mail and I had to reach out via phone to get his attention in setting up the next phase for the interview. I am currently you waiting for his reply.

Super long but they were very good about communicating through the whole process so it remained seamless. Overall it was a good experience and I commend the team for being so thorough.

How would you maintain creative fulfillment in this job.
Phone call, very quick ~10 min. They were late calling me and didn't even acknowledge it. Started with reviewing my resume and my last 2 relevant job experiences, then they wanted to know about previous unrelated work experience (I'm transitioning careers). Kept going around the bush basically trying to find out if I had retail/sales experience. The role is basically sales/retail they just make it sound nice with a fancy title, and that's not what I was looking for either way
