Multiple interviews. Nice people. Very open about position and challenges with job and coworkers. They wanted to make sure I understood the mind set of the people that would report to me and the people that I was to report to. They wanted to know how I would handle difficult employees and how I would be able to get my new supervisor to come around to my way of thinking, if I had a better idea.
