Initial interview is ok. But when the technical interview, it seems the interviewer likes to interrupt. Also, he is very aloof even though he is working with the company for less than 3 years. When I asked if he felt overwhelm in his work, his answer is an outright 'no'.
If this is the case, it seems this role should not be open. Because the company is joke when there is an open role but the interviewer does not feel overwhelm
