The process consisted of six steps, which seemed excessive considering the position. The first step was a "get-to-know-you" session, a 40-minute general conversation. After that came the technical interview, where you had to complete a coding challenge (not competitive programming) while sharing your screen. I didn’t move forward after that step, although I think the interview went well. They also did not provide any feedback whatsoever. While my overall impression was positive at worst, the complete lack of feedback made it feel like a waste of the candidate’s time.
