Their HR recruiter (Adam) asked very considerate questions and really cared about the job being a good fit not just for the company, but for me too. My questions were answered honestly, and Adam wasn't afraid to admit there were still some processes and systems being put into place as the company grows. So I wasn't given an ideal, unrealistic representation of the company. I believe I was given a very genuine, honest representation, which I appreciate! They outlined everything very clearly, and at the end of the call, I didn't have reservations about the possibility of working at Rivia Mind.
