Overall the interview was very casual. The purpose of the interview was to judge the character of the person being interviewed by asking very vague and open ended questions. People were not penalized for taking time to consider how they wanted to answer the questions. An example of one of the questions was, "Describe your priorities, and a time when your priorities required you to choose one option over another."
