I had an intervied with one of the coordinators. They were trying to set up a team for their new office in Mantova. They interview went well until it was time to discuss the salary expectations. RMJM is an international company that is using its own name in order to justify the small salaries that they are offering. For instance, I was an architect with 3 years experience but they offered a salary that was suitable for an intern position (that was not even covering the monthly living expenses for the relocation in Mantova). My advice is to look for an office where you can grow professionally, not to aim for a company that is just a big name

It was smooth, not stressful at all, but very long. It took me several days to negotiate work conditions. Though the interviewers were very polite, respectful and with kind attitude.
