I attended a first stage interview with two members of the team followed by second stage interview with the CEO. I declined their job offer following these interviews for the following reasons: - The CEO was late to the interview, spoke at me throughout the meeting and didn't ask me any questions, suggesting they weren't interested in my skills / experience. - Travel to the US was suggested, this wasn't in the job description. - Office was untidy - 5 days a week in the office, flexible / hybrid work was not optional - All artwork had to be approved by the CEO, suggests lack of trust and micromanagement.
