Overall Interview is quite good and challenging. Be make sure that you are clear of yourself why you want to join sales recruitment before attend the interview. And don't feel imbalance of yourself where you will feel yourself are the offender who being interrogating by police. First physical interview session was smooth where most likely would talk about the job, introduction and expectation as well. The first interview session ongoing with 2 mentors where both of them will seat separately where you need to focus on both of them and it takes approximately 30 minutes. Second interview was conducted via phone screening with boss of the company which is quite a challenging as you need to able to handle a straightforward personalities person in aggressive tone by repeating question which is critical for that role. That's how the sales going on around and get rejected. Add Ons, The interviewer will feel how your attitude are, so the judgement is based on instinct. As a result, I seemingly rejected the offered by choosing not to directly answering the interview question as I FEEL it's not a healthy workplace which cause harm to my mentality and consist of weak interpersonal especially with it's candidate. Anyway, it just my FEEL as what they are might feeling. By the way, I learn lot from the phone screening although it just taking roughly 10 to 15 minutes where I would face a various type of personalities in sales for my career in future. It's good interview experience with RN Care where you would find out the answer of why you want to do sales when you recall back of your interview. During recall back, I have found out mine and the answer is brilliant. These answer make me sturdier in order to join sales and my goal to be more specification in sales that lead me do well and being confident in succeed.
