I applied directly. The process took some weeks. I interviewed at Roedl with an attorney. The interview took not more than 10 minutes (he was on delay because of a meeting and in a hurry for the next one!) He just asked questions about my background, previous experience. Very formal interview without speaking about anything else than resume experiences.
