I was contacted by 2 different HR reps from Rofin twice (based on my resume) at different times in 2014 & 2016 - for the same position. I got as far as the 1st interview (both times in 2014 & again in 2016). Never got to a second interview. They just dropped me....no feedback, no courtesy follow-up, not even an "I'm sorry" email. Very rude & unprofessional!!!
