I was contacted via email by a HR staff. I was introduced to what my position entails and asked if I was interested. So, we had brief phone interview just to see what I was exposed to. Then, we set a date for the official in-office interview. At the office interview my boss and I just talked because he liked my resume and he wanted to hire me before even meeting me.
