I applied for the Business Analyst position online and received an email a few days later asking if I'd be interested in interviewing for an Internet Marketing Analyst position instead, as they had just closed hiring on the Business Analyst position. I decided to move forward with the Internet Marketing hiring process which consisted of a 30 minute phone interview with recruiter, Personality/Aptitude testing, interview with the head of HR and recruiter, and a group interview. After the group interview they informed me that they wanted to forward with reaching out to my references and a background check, before moving to the final stage of the process. The whole process moved quickly, and the recruiter communicated with me very well throughout. I was coming from abroad so the paperwork for the background check took the longest of everything. After receiving the background check and references, I was invited in the next day where I was immediately told that I was officially being offered the position. They thorough in the interview process and were very professional throughout. I wouldn't say that the interview process is difficult, just thorough. They are trying to get the best possible employees, but also want you to make sure that you really want the position as well. By the 3rd round of interviews, I was sure that ROI was where I wanted to work! At the time, it seemed like an intellectually challenging and curious role, in an industry and company that is growing quickly.
