Colloquio per Paid Search Marketing Analyst

      Dipendente anonimo
      Offerta accettata
      Esperienza positiva
      Colloquio difficile

      Candidatura

Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ROI Revolution

      Colloquio

The process started with a phone interview with a recruiter. This was followed by a Skype interview with the same recruiter and a member of the HR department. I was then invited to the office, where I received a tour, took a few tests, and had my final interview. I was given an offer two days later. The interview process was as thorough as advertised. However, the recruiters were kind and professional throughout each stage.

      Colloquio

The interview process was very long, taking over a month including the background check. Here are the steps involved. 1. Brief phone screen with a recruiter 2. Test-taking at ROI Revolution office (~2 hours) 3. Interview with recruiter and several managers 4. Interviews with various managers, eventually a one-on-one with your potential future supervisor.

Colloquio per Analyst, Paid Search Marketing

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ROI Revolution nel mese di nov 2013

      Colloquio

I was initially contacted for a phone interview that lasted 30 minutes. It went well and I was scheduled to come in for testing. The rigorous testing was a combination of personality, analytical skills and a typing test. It lasted for two hours and I spent the majority of the time locked away in a small testing room in an eerily quiet office. Within a week, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I met with several personable and knowledgeable people in one of their conference rooms. The whole process lasted over an hour. After this, I was given a book and told to read it before yet another interview. I read the whole book (150+ pages) before the next interview and even took notes. The next interview was with a small panel of people, most of whom I'd met in my previous interview. They asked several questions, but nothing specifically from the book. I was lead to believe that this final interview was a formality leading up to the offer. Each time I was contacted was by phone, never more than a few days after my last. My interviews were about 10 days apart. This last interview was right before Thanksgiving and I was told it might be a little longer to hear back about a decision. Well over a week later, I received an email from my main HR contact informing me that they had not chosen to extend me an offer. It came as a surprise given the nearly 3 month interview process I had undergone. I might have taken this personally, but I was offended that I did not at least get a phone call with the news after such a long process.

      Domanda 1

They asked a lot of questions about times that I had been analytical or for demonstrations of how analytical I was. It seems a bit literal, given the position title.
