Pleasant and polite short conversation. A little rushed, but OK. Sadly, it is obvious they practice ageism and the ones screening just really do not have the experience enough to be interviewing people. They are missing out on some great opportunities and blocking the opportunities of others. Just listen to them, read the reviews, and look at the company photos--not diverse, too much focus on food and games to attract people, so you get what you ask for I guess. The culture is not one built on total diversity. Lot of young women working there so imagine the dramatics. The younger ones need professional encouragement these days.
