Interview processs: I was contacted on linkedin by a recruiter from ROI. I replied that I was interested and she immediately sent a link to the job description, which I appreciated, since other recruiters will not tell you what the job is until after you get on the phone. We set up a phone call and the recruiter was very personable and knowledgable. The next step was an in-person interview. I met with the recruiter in person and my potential supervisor. I did not experience any of the testing other reviewers are talking abuot - they did not have me do an IQ test, personality test, or words per minute test. I did however have to bring in an ROI job application where it asked how many WPM I could type, so I took a quick test online to find that out. Then ROI contacted my references and let me know they were giving me an offer! So, only one in-person interview total. Pros: Overall I had a great interview experience with nice people. Easy to understand what I had to do when, and my recruiter was very helpful and professional. Cons: There was a bit of a miscommunication, I thought the role was for Google Ads after the initial call, but when I came in for my in-person interview, it was actually for Amazon. Additionally, I did not meet the team at any point, only my potential supervisor.
